Thank you for your interest in participating in our fourth annual GAAMA Family Car Challenge.
DEADLINE FOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION IS WEDNESDAY, MAY 3rd..
This form is for OEM members to register vehicles for competition. Upon completion, you may pay online using a credit card or request an invoice to pay by check.
Please list information for each vehicle and choose a category. All competitors except those in the Best Luxury Family Car or Best Family Pickup category are eligible for the Overall Best Family Car award.
A complete description of categories and judging criteria for our 2017 competition is available here. Registration fee remains unchanged from previous years at $1000 per vehicle.
In order to provide normalized information sheets on each vehicle to our judges, we require Monroneys for the actual vehicles scheduled to attend. Please provide one copy that will be placed in each vehicle, as well as a few extra copies.

2:30 pm - Drivers' meeting, optional Thursday drives
2:45 pm - Thursday drives begin-The Grand Hall
5:30 pm - Thursday drives end, vehicles return
6:30 pm - Dinner- Lodge Ballroom
Friday, May 19 (Media Members Only - Judging)
7:00 am - Friday arrivals, breakfast- LODGE
8:00 am - Official start
8:15 am - Drivers' meeting- The GRAND HALL
8:30 am - Drives begin
11:30 am - 1:00 pm- Lunch served GRAND HALL
2:00 pm - Drives end, vehicles return
2:15 pm - Evaluations due, results tabulated
2:30 pm - Awards Reception
3:30 pm - Event concludes
